Workforce Readiness - Speakers Bureau

SHRM recognized the importance of Workforce Readiness as baby boomers have begun retiring and skill shortages loom. SHRM appointed Keith Greene to set the Society's direction and focus. Keith defines Workforce Readiness as a national issue with local implications. While we are all affected, each state, county, and community has it's own challenges. One location may face high unemployment, another faces low unemployment, and another struggles to find workers with the necessary high tech skills
