Sue Doud is a Senior HR Representative for Children's Hospital of Columbus, OH. Sue has been serving as the Government Affairs Manager for the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio since 2002 and on the HRACO Board for 6 years. She has over 13 years of HR experience in a variety of industries including Hospitality, Temporary Services and healthcare, primarily working in employment and recruitment. Sue holds a BA from Shippensburg University (PA) and a Masters Certificate in Human Resources from Central Michigan University.

Ross has worked in the HR field for 10 years and is the HR, Safety & Environmental Director for RBB Systems, Inc., previous to that he worked as an engineer for RBB for 20 years. As well as the WAHRA Ross is involved in the community serving as: Chairman of Goodwill’s Business Advisory Committee 5 years, Board of directors Wooster Area Safety Council-10 years, class advisor Wayne County Schools Career Center – 9 years, Holmes County HR Committee Board – 4 years. Ross has been a member of the WAHRA for 9 years & is serving his fourth year on the Board.
Ann joined the Member Relations Team at SHRM in August 2005 after more than 20 years as a human resource practitioner and 3 years with another national association. As Regional Manager, Ann works with chapters and at-large members in the ten state region. She works with the chapters as an advisor and a colleague. She is field based and works from her home office in Amelia, OH. She has years of experience as a volunteer leader. Among those, Ann has served as president of the Butler County HR Association, president of the Greater Cincinnati HR Association, Co-Chair of the 1999 Ohio State HR Conference and from 2004-2005 was the Ohio SHRM State Council Director. Ann is a graduate of Xavier University of Cincinnati, OH, holding a BS and MBA degrees. She has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 1995 and previously certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 1983.

Thomas Mobley, SPHR is currently employed as Director of HR Initiatives at Miami University and has over 15 years experience in the filed Human Resource Management. He received his Master of Arts in Labor Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati and his BS in Business Administration from Miami University. His broad background includes working for small privately owned firms, Fortune 100 firms, start up company's, and international firms. He has been an adjunct professor at Miami University since 1993 teaching a variety of HR courses and currently serves as the Advisor for the Student SHRM Chapter. He has been active with SHRM for over 20 years, holding a variety of volunteer positions, including Butler County SHRM Treasurer, Greater Cincinnati HRA Chapter President and 2004 Ohio HR Conference Chair. He is currently serving as the Director for the Ohio State Council of SHRM.

Catherine Maher has over 10 years experience in human
resources, both in private industry and the public sector. She is currently
employed as a Human Resource Officer with the State of Ohio Rehabilitation Services
Commission, specializing in compensation and benefits. She earned her BA in
Communication from The Ohio State University and is presently pursuing a Masters
of Business Administration at Ashland University. She is a recipient of a 2003
SHRM Foundation Scholarship for her current studies. Catherine is also on the
HRACO 2004 board of directors as Orientation Manager, and is the 2004 Ohio HR
Conference Registrar.

Amanda Pruett has over six years of human resource management experience. She received her Masters degree in Labor and Human Resources from the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University and her SPHR designation December 2001. Amanda has worked for both the manufacturing and finance sectors, and is a teacher for the University of Phoenix for HR courses. Amanda has been active with SHRM during her career and has held different voluntary positions with her local Superior Merit award chapter, Muskingum Valley. As President of her local chapter in 2003, Amanda became involved with the Ohio State Council, and is the Diversity Director for 2005.
Sandy Stude has over 20 years of progressive Human Resource experience in both the manufacturing environment and service industry. Her background includes experience in staffing, training, benefits, compensation, labor relations, safety, workers’ compensation and employee relations. She received her Master of Business Administration from Xavier University and her BA from Wilmington College. She obtained her PHR in 1997.
Sandy is a member of Society of Human Resource Management, Butler Warren Society of Human Resource Management, Ohio Employers Committee and Warren County Personnel Association. Sandy has served in many different volunteer roles with the BWSHRM chapter including President, Vice President, Membership Chair, and Diversity Chair. Also, serves as the Ohio SHRM Certification Director. She serves as a Secretary for OEC (formerly JSEC.)
Sandy supports her community by serving with Warren County’s Volunteer Resource Center, Account Executive and Employee Campaign Chair. She has also served as a business advisory to half of dozen vocational education programs that have included speaking engagements.

Frederick E. (Rick) Taylor is the President of Ratliff & Taylor, Inc. He is a proven professional in Human Resource Management, Executive Search, and Career Transition Services.
Rick’s 25 plus years of experience working as a Vice President in Human Resources for such companies as KeyCorp, BP America, McDonald & Company Securities and Ernst & Young, coupled with his experience as an outplacement and executive search consultant have provided Rick the ideal background to meet the needs of his clients. Rick specializes in Senior Executive searches including President/CEO, CFO/Controller, VP General Manager, VP Sales and Marketing, and Human Resource Executives.
In addition, Rick has devoted his personal life to assisting people in career transition. Rick is the founder of a national award winning Human Resource Networking Group, which is now a leading HR job website (HRJobNetwork.com). He has served in several leadership positions including Ohio State Council Director for SHRM, numerous Cleveland SHRM positions and is currently President-elect and past Treasurer of the Northeast Ohio Human Resource Planning Society. Steven has served the HR profession for over 20 years and is President of Gall & Gall Company, Inc. Steven volunteers throughout the community, having served as a Board member of the Vandalia-Butler Chamber of Commerce, the Strategic Planning Committee of the Vandalia-Butler Schools and as President of the Miami Valley Military Affairs Association. Steven has been a very active member of the MVHRA, having joined in 1994 and served as Networking and Publicity Chair for over two years, then was voted by the membership to be the Vice-President/President Elect for 2002. In July 2002 Steven took over the office of President of MVHRA when the previous President resigned. Steven then served as President of MVHRA from July of 2002 through 2004. In November of 2004 he accepted a new Volunteer Position with the Ohio State SHRM Council as District Director, Miami Valley. This position will allow me to visit and work other SHRM Chapters in Ohio and I will continue to work with the new MVHRA Board in this position as well as MVHRA's Immediate Past President and MVHRA's Technology Director.

Dave has been a member of SHRM for about twenty years. He served as Assistant
City Manager of the City of Middletown with Employee Relations being one area
of responsiblity. Dave retired in 1994, but has continued his involvement
with SHRM as a member of the National School-toWork/Workforce Readiness Committee,
the Workforce Readiness Director of the State Council and the Workforce Readiness
Director of the Butler/Warren County Chapter of Ohio SHRM. Dave has served his chapter at
various levels including chapter President. Dave is currently working part-time
with the Greater Cincincinnati United Way - Middletown Center and with Miami
University Middletown's Business and Industry Center. He previuously served as Southwest Regional Coordinator with the State's High
Schools That Work Initiative and as Coordinator of the Butler and Warren

Debra Wilson, PHR, has over 14 years of human resources experience working within manufacturing, engineering, IT, and financial services organizations. A native of Cincinnati, OH, Debra earned her BS degree in Business Administration and Education from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, in addition to graduate studies in Personnel Administration at Lynchburg College.
