The benefits of membership in BWSHRM are many and we believe members will find their association with BWSHRM both informative and rewarding.

Membership in the Butler/Warren County Society for Human Resource Management If... You are engaged in human resources management with at least three years of experience at the exempt level, or You are certified by the Human Resource Certification Institute, or You are a faculty member with three or more years experience holding assistant or full professor rank in Human Resources, or You are a full time HRM consultant, Then... You are eligible for a "Professional" membership in BWSHRM. If... You are engaged in human resources management at the exempt level with less than three years experience, or You are engaged in human resources management at the non-exempt level, or You have a bona fide interest in HR, Then...
