Recruiter Academy Founder, David M. Embedded the Recruitment Operating Systemsm within the 4th largest bank in the country--charted with hiring 25,000 employees in 2003. Deployment of and training on the Recruiter Academy’s Recruitment Operating Systemsm in 110 US offices of one of the top 5 IT consulting companies in North America (4th largest in Europe). For a 4 billion dollar staffing company developed a customized recruitment system (based on the Recruiter Academy’s renowned methodologies). Was deployed within 1700 company branches worldwide. Designed, developed and implemented a progressive School-to-Work career path program recognized for its distinction by the CEO of the Michigan Jobs Commission, the Greater Detroit Chamber of Commerce and Michigan Future, Inc.
