Biography - James Blaylock, CPA, CITP
James Blaylock is founder and CEO of eFileCabinet and President of Blaylock & Company CPA, PC.
A prominent and respected member of the community, Mr. Blaylock has held a number of positions including President and board member of the Utah Chapter National Association of Tax Preparers. He also serves on the Board for several organizations and is an active member of a number of professional associations.
Mr. Blaylock holds a BS degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and was licensed as a CPA in Utah in 1975. The same year, he founded Blaylock & Company. In 1999, Mr. Blaylock founded eFileCabinet, an electronic document storage and retrieval system.
