360 Degree Management: The Comprehensive Full-circle Solution to Developing Outstanding Managers

The conventional one-on-one employee appraisal is being replaced by the 21st Century technology of 360-degree management reviews.

This modern method replaces stressful one-person reviews with a consolidated review process that involves not only supervisors, but also peers, direct reports and the individual employee.
