This session will introduce the participants to the "EAT" approach to avoiding workplace claims. EDUCATE management about

the cost of employee claims and the importance of investing in preventive measures. AUDIT employment policies and practices to

identify and correct problems areas before they turn into employee claims. TRAIN executives, managers, and supervisors to ensure they

have the skills necessary to avoid getting their employers and themselves sued. In addition, the session will end with a general question and answer period.
