Confronting "people problems" in an appropriate and timely manner is often one of the most daunting tasks that managers' face. 

This seminar provides the tools and confidence needed to address these issues when they are merely simmering and before things get hot.

Using case studies and group discussion, Tom will demonstrate how employee corrective action issues can be boiled down just three

categories each of which must be handled in their own way.  Finally, most of us tend to think these corrective action meetings will be far

worse than they ever are, none the less Tom will review his top  worst case scenarios and how what you can do to be prepared if they ever happen to you.
