Job Description

A multiple Weatherhead 100 recipient and t he leader in specialized marketing staffing services including executive recruiting, marketing consulting and interim professional staffing is seeking a highly-motivated, experienced professional that has the interest, desire and goal of helping our business grow.

As an integral part of our experienced marketing, communications and human resources team, this position will be responsible for the quality of candidates that are sourced and presented to clients. Other key responsibilities include hands-on networking and sourcing candidates, identifying and researching industries and companies, presenting career and project opportunities, writing postings, interviewing candidates and managing candidates and clients throughout the recruiting process.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of human resources and hands-on executive recruiting experience in a corporation, ad agency or recruiting firm. You should prefer a more entrepreneurial, high-risk/high-reward environment and be a resourceful, out-of-the-box thinker that is research savvy and able to connect the dots. You should have outstanding interviewing and presentation skills, be persistent, comfortable speaking with strangers on the phone, focused on long-term growth, have an out-going sales personality and work independently as well as being a team player. You will know how to build strong relationships, have excellent interpersonal skills and not be afraid of cold calling or doing whatever else it takes to be successful.

Experience/Education

•  Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred.
•  5-7+ years of HR and recruiting experience.
•  Marketing, product management or communications experience a definite plus.
