Bios for HRA Board

President - Anna Kissick, SHRM-CP, PHR

Anna serves as the Continuous Improvement Director at Liberty Savings Bank, FSB. Her professional career started at Liberty Savings Bank in 1995 and she has worn many different hats over the years; Retail Banking (Teller to Region Manager), Corporate Trainer, HR Generalist, and now Continuous Improvement.  She has either worked in HR or worked closely with HR for special projects throughout her career, regardless of title. Fun Fact: Anna is the only Liberty employee that has worked in every state Liberty has had offices in as well as lived in 3 of the 4 states. Anna.kissick@libertysavingsbank.com

Jennifer joined Alkermes, Inc. in 2011 and currently serves as Human Resources Assistant. Jen’s previous experience as Branch Manager for Interim Services Inc., a staffing firm in Wilmington, is what prompted her to pursue a career in the field of Human Resources. Membership Co- Chair - Cheyenne Williams

Cheyenne joined Adecco in Aug. 2016 as the Branch Manager. Adecco is a staffing agency located in Wilmington, OH and services Clinton, Highland and Fayette County. Cheyenne previously worked as a Sr. Account Executive in the entertainment industry (Los Angeles) before switching her career focus to Human Resources and moving back to her roots. Fun Fact: Cheyenne has visited almost all 50 states, but keeps coming back to Ohio! Cheyenne.Williams@adeccona.com

Program Chair - Holly Rouch and Randi Millburn

Holly Roush is the Human Resources Generalist for ITW Food Equipment Group’s Hillsboro operations. She holds an MBA concentrated in Human Resource Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Cincinnati. Holly attained her SHRM-SCP designation in 2016 and has been a member of the Greater Wilmington HRA since 2013. She resides in Wilmington with her husband and two daughters.

Past President - Leslie Wallace

Leslie currently serves as the Human Resources Specialist at National Bank and Trust Company, a full-service community bank headquartered in Wilmington, Ohio. She has worked for the Bank since spring of 2008 in the Human Resources role. Leslie previously worked as a Marketing Specialist at Liberty Savings Bank before switching her career focus to Human Resources. She is a graduate of Wilmington College with a Business Administration Degree and Minor in Economics and lives with her family in the Wilmington area.
