The goal of our organization is to provide the Human Resources professional a resource to confidently navigate the issues of the day, and to assist you in making your business the most effective under the circumstances. We are always seeking new ways to serve and advance the profession and inform the business community of the value the profession beings to the table.

Our 2012 Officers and Board of Directors will work hard to provide you tools and information that are relevant to your interests, and to the current business climate. We will continue to focus on offering programs to advance the profession with an emphasis on both strategic value and practical application. There are also many ways in which a member can offer their contribution and energy to enrich and enhance their experience within B/WSHRM and the local community.

Butler Warren SHRM is the nation’s 3rd oldest SHRM chapter and a Superior Merit Award winner for the past 15 years. Our Chapter is your source for Human Resources excellence. It is the right place for both informational entertaining and programs, networking opportunities, shared understanding and expertise.
