Ohio SHRM aligns with the national SHRM organization and its affiliate, the Council for Global Immigration (CFGI) on Creating a 21st Century Workplace. This public policy platform establishes our position on important issues in order to educate local chapter members, elected officials, and the public on legislation + regulations that impact our profession.
