Membership in the Butler/Warren County Society for Human Resource Management

If...

  • You are engaged in human resources management with at least three years of experience at the exempt level, or
  • You are certified by the Human Resource Certification Institute, or
  • You are a faculty member with three or more years experience holding assistant or full professor rank in Human Resources, or
  • You are a full time HRM consultant,

Then...

  • You are eligible for a "Professional" membership in BWSHRM.

If...

  • You are engaged in human resources management at the exempt level with less than three years experience, or
  • You are engaged in human resources management at the non-exempt level, or
  • You have a bona fide interest in HR,

Then...

  • You are eligible for a "Regular" membership in BWSHRM

What's In it For Me?

 

1 Year Membership (Jan. 2019– Dec. 2019)

  • Professional/Regular Membership: Not a National SHRM Member - $115.00
    • Individuals engaged in human resource management with at least three years of experience at the exempt level/ or any individual certified by the Human Resource Certification Institution; or any faculty member with three or more years experience holding at least an assistants professorial rank in HR; or a full-time HR consultant or attorney.
  • Professional/Regular Membership: National SHRM Member - $90.00
    • Individuals engaged in human resource management at the exempt level with less than three years experience, or engaged in human resources management at the non-exempt level, or have a bona fide interest in HR.
  • Retired Member - $0.00
    • Individuals who are currently Professional or Regular Members and are retired from active full-time employment.
  • Student Member - $0.00
    • Individuals enrolled as a full-time student whose coursework supports a demonstrated interest in human resource management.
