Kathy Brewer, PHR was the Human Resource Manager at Inn Conneaut Health Center (LTC) and Administrative Assistant for 19 years. She has an Associates Degree in Business Management from Kent State University Ashtabula Campus. In February of 2009 she formed an HR Consulting company. Kathy has been a member of the Ashtabula County SHRM for 4 years, on its Board for 3 years and is on the Ashtabula County Safety Council Board.
