Dave is serving as President of the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association (GCHRA) for 2009-10. He has previously served as Vice President and Governmental Affairs Chair for GCHRA. He also serves as Treasurer for the Butler/Warren SHRM Chapter.

For Mercer, a leading global HR and Benefits consulting firm, Dave serves as business development leader in the Cincinnati office, responsible for all new revenue initiatives in the Northern KY, Cincinnati and Dayton market. Prior to joining Mercer in 2007, Dave has over 20 years of sales and business development roles with national organizations such at Aetna, ADP, and Willis.

In addition to serving GCHRA and B/W SHRM, he has been involved in the Cincinnati/Dayton ISCEBS Chapter for many years. He served as a Board Member and Chapter Officer from 1999-2006, and has taught CEBS/GBA courses as an adjunct professor at Cincinnati State & Technical College since 2005. He earned his CEBS designation in 1996, and has maintained his Fellow status since that time by successfully passing the biannual national exam. At present, he intends on enrolling in the SPHR Study Group in the Spring of 2010.

Dave is the Founder and Chair of the HR Collaborative, a group of professional HR organizations in SW Ohio that collaborate on programs and networking opportunities. He serves on the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber's Healthcare Committee, Government Affairs Committee, and as a speaker on their CEO Roundtable.

He is President of Parish Council at Our Lord Christ the King Church, and also serves as a Trustee for the parish's Education Fund, amongst other activities. Dave also serves on the Young Executives Committee, the fundraising arm for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati's Catholic Inner-City Schools Education Fund (CISE).

Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Miami University, and previously served as Chapter President for the Cincinnati Alumni Chapter.
