He is currently employed as the Director of Human Resources for the Lorain County Printing & Publishing Company in Cleveland, OH. LCPP owns and operates two daily newspapers and five radio stations. They also co-own five weekly newspapers. He has previous work experience as a Human Resources Supervisor with McDonald?s Corporation. There he oversaw more than 300 (corporate and franchise) restaurants. Craig also has previous work experience as a Human Resources Generalist with the Cleveland Clinic Health System. There he worked at two different hospitals and was responsible for several thousand employees. Craig received a B.A. in Business and a B.A. in Spanish from Muskingum College in 1997. He is a trained Mediator and Legal Investigator and is a certified Drug Free Workplace Train the Trainer. Craig has done risk management consulting in several states and is a noted expert in the field of defending unemployment claims.
