Steven has served the HR profession for over 27 years and is President of Gall & Gall Company, Inc. Steven has been a very active member of the Miami Valley Human Resource Association (MVHRA), having joined in 1994 and served as Networking and Publicity Chair for over two years, then was voted by the membership to be the Vice-President/President Elect for 2002. In July 2002 Steven stepped up to the office of President of MVHRA when the previous President resigned. Steven was then elected by the Membership to serve as President of MVHRA for 2003 and 2004 (currently Technology Director). Steven is serving the SHRM Ohio State Council as District Director, West Central. This position will allow Steven to visit and work other SHRM Affiliate Chapters and Student Chapters in Ohio.
