Dawn Zima has an extensive background in Recruiting and is currently in transition. She is working with outplacement companies coaching people through career search focusing on resume development, interviewing skills and identifying career opportunities. Previously, she served as the Associate Director Outsourced Recruiting with highbridge associates. Before joining highbridge associates, Dawn was the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist with Key Bank supporting Investment Banking and Debt Capital Markets. She was a member of the recruitment team for diversity recruiting at the National Black MBA and National Society Hispanic MBA conferences. She was also responsible for the organization of onboarding for new associates. Prior to Key Bank, Dawn held positions as the Customer Experience Manager for Staffing Solutions where she oversaw two recruiters and worked directly with area employers to meet their staffing needs; and as Manager Talent Acquisition for Avery Dennison, she was responsible for recruitment of exempt and non-exempt personnel for office and plant for two divisions as well as serving as interim recruiting support for additional northeast Ohio divisions. Dawn earned a B.A. in Management from Malone College. She is President for the Cleveland Society Human Resource Management as well as a national member of SHRM. She has also held board positions as the Employment Management Association Chair and Workforce Readiness Coordinator
