Sandy Stude has over 25 years of progressive Human Resource experience in both the manufacturing environment and service industry. Her background includes experience in staffing, training, benefits, compensation, labor relations, safety, workers? compensation and employee relations. She received her Master of Business Administration from Xavier University and her BA from Wilmington College. She obtained her PHR in 1997 and her SPHR in 2007. Sandy is a member of Society of Human Resource Management, Butler Warren Society of Human Resource Management, Ohio Employers Committee and Warren County Personnel Association. Sandy has served in many different volunteer roles with the BWSHRM chapter including President, Vice President, Membership Chair, Diversity Chair and served as the Ohio SHRM Certification Director. She now serves as a HRCI Chair for BWSHRM, Southern OHSHRM Regional Director and Secretary/Treasurer for OEC. Sandy has served the community as a Warren County?s United Way Volunteer. She has also served as a business advisory to several vocational education programs that have included speaking engagements.
