Katrina Farmer is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for the Mount Carmel Health System. She sets the strategic direction for diversity and inclusion and is responsible for the development, implementation, management and evaluation of all aspects of the strategy. Katrina was appointed to serve on the HRACO board as the Diversity Manager for three years. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Katrina is a member of the Human Resources Advisory Committee at the American Red Cross and the Human Resources Management Advisory Board at Franklin University. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Human Resources Management and a Master of Business Administration degree from Franklin University.
