Machael Norris is Business Development Executive at Spherion, a staffing & recruiting firm. Machael specializes in industrial staffing & office professionals in Summit, Stark, Portage, Tuscarawas & surrounding counties. She consults regularly with executives from a variety of fields to help create superior solutions to production-impacting problems. Prior to her current position, she was Branch Manager at Spherion for three years where she oversaw all aspects of the operations. Prior to working at Spherion, Machael was a District Sales Manager at Aflac, where she recruited, trained & managed a sales team. Her strengths include recruiting, business development, sales development strategies and operational efficiencies. Machael is currently President of the Tuscora SHRM board of directors and has previously served the board as President-elect in 2009 and Treasurer in 2008. She also serves on the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce Membership Advisory Committee and is a Dover Band Booster Board Trustee. Machael Volunteers for JA and developed a job shadow program for high school students enrolled in Project lead the Way, which prepares students to be the most innovative and productive leaders in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and to make meaningful, pioneering contributions to our world.
