Charles Okorowski is the Vice President – Human Resources for HCF Management, Inc. HCF Management operates 24 skilled nursing, 3 assisted living facilities and 12 home health care agencies in Ohio and Pennsylvania. As Vice President – Human Resources, Chuck is responsible for the design of formal systems at HCF that ensure the effective and efficient use of human talent to accomplish organization goals. Chuck is a member of the Ohio Health Care Association (OHCA) and has actively participated on the convention task force for over fifteen years. Additionally Chuck has been an active member of the human resource committee for fifteen years and has been elected to chair the OHCA Human Resource Committee in 2005 through 2010. Chuck is also a 30 year member of the society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) where he has obtained certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Chuck is also active in the Lima chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management. On a long-term care industry-wide level, Chuck is active in the Long Term Care Human Resources Roundtable, a group of senior human resource professionals representing the major multi-facility healthcare providers across the United States. Chuck is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and graduated from the University of Toledo.
