The Lancaster Area Society for Human Resource Management (LASHRM) is an association of Human Resource and Business Professionals in the Lancaster area, Southeast of Columbus, Ohio. LASHRM is a non-profit chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and offers professional development and networking opportunities to its members. Small businesses and businesses who do not have dedicated HR professionals are encouraged to join and will find that both LASHRM and SHRM are excellent resources for HR best practices and navigating the changing employment legislative landscape.
